Rudy's usually has hard tops and hard doors for sale that will fit 76 -95 Jeep CJs and these sort of fit YJ Wranglers.
CJ7 Hardtops range from $300 (bad hatch but useable top)to $2500 (good hatch) and will have better hatches as they are usually from a desert climate. Some better ones good enough for most of the nicest Jeeps for more.
While the tops on CJ7s are fiberglass, the hatches are metal and tend to rust badly.
Many people call me saying 'all' they need is a rear hatch. Truly, the hatch is everything. The rest of the top will outlast us all! There have been a few Chinese hatches surfacing lately. Good luck with that.
We cut up and dispose of CJ7 hard tops with bad hatches.
This means we do have side glass for them and some other hard parts.
I also often have original Scrambler tops.
Hard doors WITHOUT rot are very rare in the midwest as of course they are generally used in bad weather...salt etc. The common thing metioned from door searchers is 'my doors are fine except the door post is rusted'. Again, same deal as all the posts rust as well as the pinch welds underneath. This is hard rust to fix and stop from re-occuring.
Most my doors come from the dry arid West coast.
